Holiday Shipping
Please allow for additional shipping time during the peak holiday season. If orders are time sensitive, please email/inform us immediately, so we can try our best to accommodate special requests.
Overseas orders are shipped via USPS International Priority Mail (choose Zone Rate) or UPS. Normally it takes 2-3 weeks delivery time. Please email us for quotes if order needs to be shipped via USPS International Express Mail, which takes 1-2 weeks delivery time. All international delivery times are estimates only under normal situation, as we have no control over local custom clearance time, which can be longer during peak holiday seasons.
International buyers are responsible for shipping charges and all local duties & taxes where applicable. Please check local custom information for details.
Accuracy of Address
Please make sure your address information is accurate and complete. If the address is incomplete it may delay receipt of the package and additional fee may incur per courier to correct the address (even if only the apartment or suite number is missing).

Alaska & Hawaii
Alaska & Hawaii orders will be shipped FREE via USPS Priority Mail. Please contact us immediately if other shipping methods are preferred.
