Your privacy is important to us. Our mailing list is proprietary. We will not sell your name, address, phone number and/or credit card information to any third party for any purposes.
We use an outside shipping company to ship orders, and a credit card processing company to bill users for goods and services. These companies do not retain, share, store or use personally identifiable information for any secondary purposes.
Though we make every effort to preserve user privacy, we may need to disclose personal information when required by law wherein we have a good-faith belief that such action is necessary to comply with an appropriate law enforcement investigation, current judicial proceeding, a court order or legal process served on our Web site, or as required by law.
If you are not satisfied, for any reason at all, you may exchange or return your purchase.
Travel Latte (DPGlobe Inc.) will ONLY refund your purchase if item is returned in sellable condition. Please email for a Return Merchandise Authorization number (RMA#) before sending back any item. Returned item must include all its original material and in its original packaging. We do not refund shipping or reimburse for the cost of returning the item to Travel Latte (DPGlobe, Inc.) for non-defective items. Any refused order/shipment will be charged 25% restocking fee.
All returns or exchanges requests must be made within 30 days of receipt and claims of damaged or lost shipment must be made within 3 days from receipt of merchandise. Item must be shipped within 3 days after receiving RMA number.
All products are subject to a 15% restocking fee (except where prohibited by law) if returned opened or in a non-factory sealed box, provided that there is no restocking fee for defective products (see Special Returns Policy for Defective Products).
For Personal Items:
Due to hygiene reasons, personal comfort items like Pillows, Blanket, etc. We can only accept returns if the item has not been used or package has not been opened, to guarantee quality new products to each customer.
For Defective Products:
We will be happy to replace any defective item for no cost within 30 days. If you contact us at the sales_travellatte.com, or 800-880-8012, we will send you a replacement as soon as we receive your defective unit back to us. Return address and instruction will be given when RMA number is issued.
We strongly recommend you to insure your return package for your own protection, we are NOT responsible for return packages lost in the mail.
